Remolachas (Beets) at The Harvest Vine in Seattle, WA. When I asked our server what the must have dishes are and she mentioned the Beet Salad, I ordered it for the table to share. After our server left the table, my brother scoffed and said he hates beets. But lo and behold, after tasting it, he was clamoring for more!! Thinly sliced red and golden beets are drizzled with sherry vinegar, olive oil, parsley, and garlic. Amazing flavor combination, so much so that I would go back to The Harvest Vine just for this dish. I also loved their Iberico Pork, Ling Cod, and Foie Gras Terrine. Excellent service by friendly and knowledgeable servers. The Harvest Vine is a Basque restaurant serving Spanish tapas in the Madison Valley area of Seattle. Open daily from 5pm to 9pm. My first time at The Harvest Vine, but this will definitely be one of my go-to stops every time I’m back in Seattle.
